Designer will provide the vision for the space and communicate with the selected Builder or General Contractor through the life of the project.
Designer will coordinate the ordering and delivery of all necessary design materials to the project site.
Designer will make site visits to the project, depending on the direction given by the Builder or General Contractor on the job.
Unlimited hours of consultation via phone and email with the Designer during our standard business hours. The Designer will respond to calls, texts and emails within 24 hours.
Designer will make all selections within the guidelines of the builder and budget, including paint color, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry design and color, hardware, flooring, countertops, trim work, etc.
Designer will work with builder on the floor plan and submit changes as desired.
Designer will review all design selection paperwork submitted by the builder to the client for final approval.
Contract timeline will be provided once the builder has advised the client of when all of the selections need to be finalized and approved.
D. Claire Designs does not provide project management services during construction but we are available for consultation if selections we previously made are no longer available and builder has to make a last minute change.
